About our team:
As a member of the Burton’s Grill staff your primary responsibility is to work as part of a team to provide all guests with superior service and a quality product in a safe, clean, and hospitable environment. You must always abide 100% by Burton’s Grill core values regarding your treatment of guests, other team members, managers, and Burton’s property.
Great service and hospitality are integral pieces to the Burtons’ experience. We hire and train team members who are passionate about the guests’ dining pleasure, where each teammate takes every opportunity to make a positive impact ensure that guests have the best experience possible. We are passionate about delivering the best food possible that leaves our guests wanting to come back again and again. Our teammates working in the Back-of-the-House are critical to making this happen.

Schedule:
Burtons is open every day of the week and hours vary by location (please see locations pages for specific times). All team members must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week and be available to work weekends. Burtons is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
